【米国向け配送アップデート】DDP（関税込み）＋DHL Express送料無料を開始しました
いつもFukushima Watch Companyをご利用いただきありがとうございます。米国のお客様向けに、配送方法について重要なお知らせです。 本日より、米国向けのご注文は DHL Express にて DDP（Delivered Duty Paid／関税込み配送） でお届けします。また、米国向けも ご注文合計がUSD 200以上（割引後）の場合、DHL Expressが送料無料 となります。（USD 200未満の場合は、チェックアウト画面にて送料が表示されます） DDPとは？（かんたんに） 配達時の追加請求が発生しにくい配送方法です。 DDPでは、関税・輸入税等を事前に処理する前提で運用されます。 米国向けは、関税・輸入税等がチェックアウト時に計算・徴収され、明細（line items）として表示されます。 DDP取扱手数料について DDP運用に伴い、運送会社側で取扱手数料が発生します。米国向けは、商品価格に DDP取扱手数料（USD 15） を含めています。 配達時に追加料金を求められた場合 DDP配送では、原則として配達時に追加料金は発生しません。万一、宅配業者から追加の通関手数料等の支払いを求められた場合は、お支払いにならず当社までご連絡ください。（配送会社に直接お支払いいただいた場合、返金できない場合があります） 今回の導入について（まずは米国のみ試験的に） 今回、お客様の利便性向上のため試験的にアメリカからのご注文のみDDPにて対応いたします。今後の状況を鑑み、DDP対象エリアの拡大も視野に入れています。...
