U.S. Shipping Update: We’ve Started DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

We’re happy to share an important update for our customers in the United States.

Starting today, U.S. orders ship via DHL Express as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Free DHL Express shipping applies to orders of USD 200 or more (after discounts).
(For orders under USD 200, the shipping fee will be shown at checkout.)

What this means (in simple terms)

• No surprise fees at delivery.
• Under DDP, customs duties and import taxes are handled upfront.
• Duties & taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (shown as line items).

About the DDP handling fee

To operate DDP smoothly, our carrier charges a handling fee.
For U.S. orders, the product price includes a DDP handling fee (USD $15).

If a carrier asks you to pay additional fees

In DDP shipments, you should not be asked to pay customs-related charges upon delivery.
If you are asked to pay any additional customs/brokerage fees, please do not pay and contact us first.
(If you pay the carrier directly, we may not be able to refund those charges.)

Trial rollout (U.S. only for now)

To improve convenience for our customers, we are introducing DDP on a trial basis for U.S. orders only at this time.
Based on demand and operational stability, we may consider expanding DDP to additional regions in the future.
