1. Shipping Methods & Rates
Free shipping condition: International orders with an order total of USD 200 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping, where available.
Carrier selection: For international orders, the carrier is determined by the order total, destination, and available shipping services at checkout.
DHL free shipping applies only to destinations we are able to ship to by DHL. If DHL service is not available for your destination, we may use an equivalent service, such as EMS, or contact you regarding available options.
A) Orders of USD 200 or more — International Free Shipping

International product prices are displayed exclusive of Japanese consumption tax.
Cash-on-delivery fee: ¥330, domestic orders only.
2. Dispatch Schedule
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.
Orders placed by 12:00 pm JST are processed the same day where possible and usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Pre-order or made-to-order items follow the lead time stated on each product page.
Dispatch may be delayed if payment verification, address confirmation, export documentation, carrier availability, or fraud prevention checks are required.
3. Estimated Transit Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on weather, customs inspection, carrier congestion, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Tracking & Receipt
A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable import charges, or prolonged absence, reshipping fees may be charged.
5. Taxes & Duties
Japan
Domestic prices are tax-inclusive.
United States — DDP / Free DHL Express Shipping
U.S. orders ship via DHL Express as DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, where available.
Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, shown as line items where applicable.
The product price includes a DDP handling fee of USD 15 charged by our carrier. This fee is included in the product price and is not shown as a shipping charge.
For U.S. DDP shipments, no additional customs-related charges should be due upon delivery.
If a carrier asks you to pay any additional customs-related fees for a U.S. DDP shipment, please do not pay and contact us first.
If you pay the carrier directly without contacting us first, we may not be able to refund those charges.
All Other International Destinations, including Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and the United Kingdom
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees, if any, collected on or before delivery.
These charges are determined by the destination country or region and are not controlled by Fukushima Watch Company.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay applicable import charges, the parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, we may deduct any return shipping, customs, handling, storage, or related charges from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
6. EU Customers — Shipping, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
To exercise this right, please use the “Right of Withdrawal” link in the footer of our online store.
For EU withdrawal requests that are not due to defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by law.
If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the eligible payment amount required by applicable law. We may not be required to refund supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
If the original outbound shipping fee was free, there is no separate outbound shipping fee to refund.
Duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage fees paid directly to a carrier, customs authority, or local tax authority may not be refundable by Fukushima Watch Company, unless required by law or unless such charges were collected by us and must be refunded under applicable law.
Please mark any return parcel and customs paperwork as:
“Returned goods – no commercial value”
Failure to correctly mark the return parcel may result in additional duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any such charges incurred by Fukushima Watch Company may be deducted from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Delays, Loss, or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and attach clear photos of the outer carton, packaging materials, and product.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed gifting dates, event dates, or other consequential losses, caused by shipping delays.
8. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels returned to Fukushima Watch Company due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges, or unclaimed storage will be handled after we receive the parcel back and confirm its condition.
In such cases, we may offer reshipment after payment of applicable round-trip shipping, customs, storage, and handling fees.
Alternatively, we may issue a refund minus any shipping, customs, storage, handling, or related charges incurred by us, to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
