6. Product Pricing

Prices are shown on each product page.

Domestic customers:
Prices are tax-inclusive and include 10% Japanese consumption tax.

International customers:
Product prices are displayed exclusive of Japanese consumption tax.

United States DDP orders:
U.S. orders ship via DHL Express as DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, where available. Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, shown as line items where applicable. U.S. product pricing includes a DDP handling fee of USD 15 charged by our carrier. This fee is included in the product price.

All other destinations, including Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and the United Kingdom:
Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees may be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Additional Charges

Additional charges may include:

  • Shipping fees — see our Shipping Policy

  • Bank-transfer fees, where applicable

  • Payment-gateway surcharges shown at checkout, where applicable

  • United States DDP orders: duties and taxes are collected at checkout where applicable, and no additional customs-related charges should be due upon delivery in principle

  • All other international destinations: import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be collected before or upon delivery

  • Return shipping, customs, storage, or handling fees may apply in cases such as refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, incorrect address, or customer-initiated returns, to the extent permitted by law

8. Payment Methods & Timing

We accept the following payment methods, where available:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express via Shopify Payments

  • Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • KOMOJU — Japan Bank Transfer

  • KOMOJU — Smartphone Payments, including LINE Pay and PayPay

Payment is captured immediately at the time of order, except where a specific payment method requires separate completion or confirmation.

9. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders received by 12:00 pm JST are usually processed the same day and ship within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Pre-order or made-to-order items follow the lead time stated on each product page.

Estimated average transit times:

  • Japan: 1–4 days

  • International DHL: 5–8 business days

  • International EMS: 7–14 business days

Carriers:

  • Japan: Sagawa Express or other available domestic carrier

  • United States DDP: DHL Express, where available

  • Other international destinations: DHL Express, EMS, or other available carrier, depending on destination and order total

10. Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

Except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for Products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.

Please contact us via our Contact Form or by email at info@fwc.co.jp with your order number and clear photos of any defect, damage, or incorrect item. We will review the case and, where approved, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Except where the EU right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer protection laws apply, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as colour perception, size, or “changed mind”, and cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order is confirmed or processing has begun.

EU consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party indicated by them, receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Returned Products, including resized bracelets, must be returned with all removed links, pins, parts, accessories, warranty cards, documents, and original packaging where applicable.

Missing parts, scratches, signs of wear, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the Products may result in a deduction for diminished value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Order Validity & Quantity Limits

Orders not paid within 7 days may be automatically cancelled.

Limited-edition items may be restricted to one unit per customer to prevent unauthorised resale or bulk purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, intended for unauthorised resale, or otherwise in violation of our Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Important Notes for International Customers

  • United States DDP orders ship via DHL Express as DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, where available.

  • For United States DDP orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

  • For United States DDP orders, the product price includes a DDP handling fee of USD 15 charged by our carrier.

  • For United States DDP orders, no additional customs-related charges should be due upon delivery in principle.

  • If a carrier asks you to pay additional customs-related fees for a United States DDP order, please do not pay and contact us first.

  • If you pay the carrier directly without contacting us first, we may not be able to refund those charges.

  • For all other destinations, including Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, import charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout, and may be collected before or upon delivery.

  • DHL free shipping applies only to destinations we are able to ship to by DHL. If DHL service is not available, we may use an equivalent service such as EMS.

  • Delivery may be unavailable to certain regions. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can ship to your destination.

  • Product images are for reference only. Colours and textures may vary depending on monitor settings, lighting, materials, and production variations.

  • Products are sold for personal use only. Bulk purchases require prior written consent.

  • International customers should also review our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service before placing an order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukushima District Court, Japan, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

For consumers located in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in this notice deprives the consumer of protections or rights that cannot be waived by contract.
